OneCan Trust, High wycombe

St Mary’s supports OneCan Food Trust in High Wycombe by donating food and household goods both regularly and on special occasions such as Harvest. Each week parcels are packed by OneCan in High Wycombe and delivered to recipients in southern Buckinghamshire including the Princes Risborough area. As well as providing food parcels, OneCan has a comprehensive network of support organisations which customers can be referred to for debt counselling and other assistance.

Donations of food and other necessities can be left in the basket in church or the food bin outside the Chapter House, where they are collected weekly.

If you find yourself in need of emergency food relief, please contact OneCan via email at www.onecantrust.org.uk.

You can read more about OneCan’s work on their website at www.onecantrust.org.uk, and also find out how you can support them.

You can make financial donations to support people in Risborough direct to OneCan through their web page www.onecantrust.org.uk/donation/donate-money/, where there are a number of options.

The Princes Centre, Princes Risborough and Bourne End

St Mary’s Church has supported the Princes Centre since it became a social enterprise, funded and run by the community in Princes Risborough and the surrounding area 15 years ago. Members of St Mary’s are trustees and volunteers, and we also support the Princes Centre financially through our charitable giving.

Their primary goal is to maintain and enhance the quality of life and well-being of others, enhancing their potential to remain as independent as possible, for as long as possible.

The Princes Centre has its own choir, the Jinglers, and we look forward to hosting their regular summer and Christmas concerts.
