Bishop Dan Daniels enjoyed a short stay with the Risborough Team prior to the Lambeth Conference. He stayed at the home of Frank and Jill Iredale.

He had a very busy first day in the Team. After morning service at Monks Risborough he attended a lunch at the Iredales where he was presented with one of Jacquie's beautiful stained glass stars. He then went for a ride on the Chinnor and Princes Risborough steam railway where he imediately felt at home on the footplate. He is a driver on a preserved railway in America. No steam railway journey is complete without an English cream tea.
